Brats Louisville

I was asking my daugther if she was thinking about referee at Louisville. I said you should be able to handle the Brats. A period of silence followed then she said, " The under 14 and below or the Division 1 fencers.

Yeah, I agree. Somehow after seeing Harry Potter a lot of those kids look (and act) like Draco Malfoy. Sigh.

Tell her that she should know by now that as a referee, the Under-14 brats are so much more manageable than the Diviion I brats.

Yeah, I've noticed that at least around here the biggest tantrums come from the adults. Before anyone gets a chance to call me on it, yes I know that I throw a pretty good tantrum myself when I feel the need

The downside with the juniors, as is the case in most sports I'm afraid, is usually the fencing parents. I'll say most of the regulars around are club are very nice and a great help in keeping their children in line as well as helping to keep the club running, but every so often there's one you just want to take out and beat severely.

Peach since you know my sweet little daughter, you know that she has referee both at Nats level.
Therefore she has some idea of what she was thinking.
