Need fencing shoes

I need help deciding on what fencing shoes to buy. I am relativly new to the sport and fence on my highschool team. I have been fencing in an old pair of puma skateboading shoes for about a year now and its time to get something that is actually made for the sport. The problem is that I have no idea what brands are good and which aren't. Price isn't really an issue because i'm willing to pay more for somthing that will last awhile. What shoes would you reccomend? and if at all possible, could you provide links to stores?

thanks for your time.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess you haven't checked the "Product Reviews" nor done a "Search" for this info...

I know the feeling if you search here using the toolbar you will get more than enough. Also be sure to check out the store here!!

For something that will last a long time, check out the Leon Paul HiTec shoes:
http://shop.fencing.net/Leon_Paul_Hi...p/lp-d5000.htm

Order them before July 9th, because after Summer Nationals the price will be going up due to increases on the wholesale cost/production cost. (Plus, the dollar being in the tank vs the Euro and Pound doesn't help either!)
