(Or B or above or whatever)
So 2As, 2Bs, and 2Es with 15 total is a C1, not a D1, for example.
By the way, the tournament thing on askfred is really funny.

2 A's, 2 B's, 2 E's, and 9 U's can at most be a C1. A B1 would require the E's have D's. MrBiggs's post is correct.

Well, I'd expect at least a few people who preregistered to not show up, so what you really need is 4 more people to show up than preregistered (and there appears to be enough strength at the top, so they could probably all be U's).
