    diet coke and mentos

By now most the kids in my neighborhood have tried dropping a tube of mentos into a 2 liter bottle of diet coke. But this experiment, featured on NPR, is something else. check it out at www.eepybird.com

Yeah!! It is a really fun thing to do! It is even more fun to get a good mouthfull of diet coke and pop some mentos in there and have it go up your nose and out your mouth.

yes...but the coke spraying out of your mouth is still not appealing to most people.

There are much better ways to get men drooling over you than hoving foam shooting out of your nose. Although the mental images I get of this happening to someone are really funny.

The foam actually dosen't come out of your nose.... but it feels like it would. And yes...it's quite hilarious to watch.

I was just shown this. Thought it was both inventive and hilarious.
"When your opponent fears you, then's the moment when you give the fear its own rein, give it the time to work on him. Let it become terror. The terrified man fights himself. Eventually he attacks in desperation. That is the most dangerous moment, but the terrified man can be trusted usually to make a fatal mistake. You are being trained here to detect these mistakes and use them."

Apparently, they are "fresh and full of life". PETA should be outraged at the way you people are treating the poor things.

Too bad Mentos didn't use Coke fountains for their commercials years ago instead of those awful "Mentos--the freshmaker!" commercials. They were so horrible it has forever soured me to purchacing their products.

I'm hoping someone can harness the power of Mentos + Diet Coke to create super powerful bottle rockets.

That's what come of using European ad firms to design TV spots for the US market ( and vice versa, probably ). Linguistic and cultural differences don't translate exactly. Sort of like the hilariously confused English instructions one finds on products from China, Japan and Korea.
