How do you define weak vs strong?
An interesting thing on FRED: I searched for A4 and "Women". No results. How many WS As are there?
As far as I can tell, FRED is only aware of 1 A4 Sabre tournament ever (outside of National tournaments, I mean), held at Nellya. -

Last weekend's Mr. Ma Cup had a A4 event in Men's foil... just as a point of fact for the argument.

Mr. Ma cup has been an A4 foil tournament before I believe. I think it was even an A4 the last time I competed in it (which was a decent while ago). I now dangle to the left....my tassle. Get your minds out of the gutter.
