| "I Like to Move it Move it." I find it great for tempo and such. I always try to get it stuck in my head before a tournament; if I don't I end up with stupid songs like "Getting to Know You" (from The King and I) stuck in my head.

Seriously though. Trying to remember to eat something carb-intensive the night before and listening to my iPod(coincidentaly, I listen to I Like To Move It Move It among other things as well) just before it starts.
