If a in a tournament and 2 people are tied for 3rd place then does that mean there isnt a forth place it just goes to 5th?

| yeah, that happened to me. it kinda sucked, cuz my friend and i were tied in final results but her indicator was better, and because of the stupid no 4th place thing it looked like i did worse that i did.
