Click on "Results" on the left side of the page. Click on January 26, 2001 Mixed Foil Open. I'm kneeling in the front row, second to the left, with a French foil! This picture was taken at my first tournament after I resumed fencing for 3 months after 22 years of not fencing and just before the DE, where I asked...What is a DE?

| While you're there checking out Shadow's picture, I'm the person in the back row just over her right shoulder. Yeah, the really tall one. That was the first time I met Shadow, although we didn't connect RL people w/fencing.net screen names for another 3 months or so.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can. The picture has to "sit" somewhere, and since you can't store it on the fencing.net site, you must have a "home" for it.

Yes, that is all of me on the left. I use baseball pants for local fencing. So what do you think, do I exagerate my girth? If it weren't for my gut I bet I could land more toe shots........

It's not the girth that surprised me but the height. I know I feel short when fence some of these "épée storks" and I'm six feet tall. It must be tough getting near these guys.
On the plus side, I'll bet you're a nasty infighter.
BTW I have that same "gut limited" toe touch. It's usually accompanied by a loud grunt as my gut slams into my diaphragm...
