    Why do we have a museum dedicated to the Holocaust in D.C. and not to the genocide in our own country? The Native American Museum doesn't count!

    The answer is relatively simple: The US was built on genocide. Genocide and oppression have made us great. We kind of don't really like acknowledging that fact b/c well it's a little depressing and far from glamorous.
