| Welcome to the board! Don't pay attention to Stryder(Just kidding). This is a great board. This part of the board (water cooler), has kind of turned into a big story about the land of Arconia (long story). The other part, Fencing Discussion, is a great place to ask questions. Since joining the board, I've learned more about fencing than I would have at my club. Welcome a'board, again, and have fun.

The coolest thing about this board...... is that it is FUN and where else besides a big fencing tournament, do you have the opportunity to communicate your thoughts or ask questions just related to fencing.... and know that if you come to the water cooler, that most everyone else is a fencer just having fun!!!! Doesn't matter if you're brand spanking new, have years of fencing experience, or like myself, a few years way back then amd now returning to this wonderful sport!!!

Interestingly, the artist for the comic strip "Get Fuzzy" must've been a hitchicker's fan...I've seen several visual references in the strip since Doug passed...including one of the charaxcters wearing a Sirius Cybernetics shirt.
