In terms of guard, grip, or what? Would "BF FIE" be a good answer? -

Array Na i'm talking blades. Like Miraging, Leon Paul. Most of the good blades would be FIE of course. Also grips. I saw Carlos Brunos' grips and they were pretty sweet for a french grip. Custom taping around it. -

Array blades i have had the same FL FIE blades since 1996 and i think they are really great i have used vinity and Leon Paul but i keep going back to my FL blades "I know you're tired, and I'm supposed to give some sort of inspirational speech or something...but remember this....Pain heals, chicks dig scars, but glory is forever." -

Array Its not how good your blade is, but how loud you can yell. "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. And from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Dinosaurs nuzzling their young in pastures where strip malls should be. Cookies on dowels. All those moment, lost in time. Gone, like eggs off a hooker's stomach. Time to die" -Phil Ken Sebben -

There have been countless threads on this... use the search button and do a little reading. You'll learn a lot. -

There was some question as to the legality of the grips in question, for what it's worth. There is a thread somewhere on here about it.
And again, search button is your friend, and if you really want a useful discussion of the question (after reading the search), a more specific question would go a long way. Are you looking for people with best overall weapons, looking at foil/epee/saber/all three, grips, really just the blade, ? -
although the modification for said grips to be legal would be slight at best...so you know, you could copy it with about 2cm less tape. I now dangle to the left....my tassle. Get your minds out of the gutter.

Array Sorry about the thread. I'm still new to this site and don't know quite how to work it yet. Thanks for all the feedback. Although this question is probably on one of the dissussions I am going to ask it anyway. If you are really tall, how would you utilize your height against your opponent? -

By hitting them before they hit you.
Works like a charm. "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. And from this side only! The flight of a half-man, half-bird. Array Yah thanks for the freebee. I was at rome this past weekend and a Coach was there from a team ( I won't list names) and he is about my height. He said i had good blade work and i was quick but i didn't utliize my height. I don't see how i could, he didn't like to keep his distance on the strip and kept doing fleches. All you really have to do when your tall is extend your arm then again he is alot more experinced than me and parried mid fleche. -
Lol, if you're tall, what does that make me? -
Being tall isn't an excuse for not being in possession of any brain cells. -

Array Na I have plenty of brain cells. I was confused by the way the guy worded what he said. I just don't understand. when i talked to my coach he said that he didn't see a problem about utilizing my height. I have already used the SEARCH BUTTON and found some answers, but i already knew that. You have to use you brian in order to fence.
Oh yeah and Dax if your tall you'll understand if your not then well ok then. -
LOL, Im atleast half a foot taller than you. Most likely even taller than that. =) -
