Here's the deal, gang: My last pregnancy, I was bedridden starting on my 32nd week. I had preterm labor (normal gestation is 40 weeks). With this one, I have to be SUPER careful. So, while I'll be able to assist, I need to take care of myself. Especially when it comes to long (metal!) pointy objects.

And no, we don't know what we're having. Too early.

    Well, don't push it, Moon.
Having a healthy baby (and mother!) is the most important thing. Fencing will always be there.

As for me, I'm fine. Able to sit up and take nourishment.

    I missed you guys.

    Congrats Moon...

Guess that means we won't see you at the Renaissance Festival fencing demos...

    See you at Schoolcraft...

It's a good possibility I'll be at the bunny fencing/demos (but only in a speaking, informational capacity). I just have to figure out WHEN.

Brandon seems to be the front runner (in my book) for boys. It means "sword". Talk about perfect!

I refuse to entertain the possibility of a girl right now, so those names aren't even being considered!

    Methinks someone's name is Brandon

Oh yeah...& It's more like April 16th now. I figured my period 2 weeks later than it actually was.

I had my first OB appointment today, gang. I do like this doctor better than the one I had for my first pregnancy. The baby is due around April 15th, making me 11 weeks now. Since I'm very thin, the doctor thought that maybe, just maybe, we'd be able to hear the heart. Sure enough, after hunting for a minute, it was there...loud & clear!
