| What is the "morning zoo?"
I mean, I wake up to two Border Collies on the bed, trying to get me to take them for a walk if the sun is up, or trying to convince me to go back to sleep if it's dark out--is that a morning zoo?
And I skip as part of my warm-up routine--does plyometric skipping really count?
