achilleus... he gives out rep usually for good posts, I don't think he spends a whole lot of time in the watercooler, despite this, I get rep from him, and I rep him (we agree with each other quite a bit).

Contrary to what FG33 said, Mr. E is rather generous with his rep. Have you repped him m'dear? As with many of us, we give rep to those that give us rep.

I know I tend to rep those that rep me, as well as people who make me laugh or if they make a really good point I agree with.

I looked through my rep... it's pretty evenly split between the guys and the gals.... but ONE person's name was missing!

I pretty much rep posts that were notably good, made me chuckle, or got me thinking.

Most of my rep comes the same way (although some people insist on giving me epee rep to tweak me over my doubts as to the need for epee rep).

Ironically, I seem to give the most rep to people with whom I disagree, and vice versa. I wonder how come this is.
