Thanks | I strongly suspect that at least a couple of the local FOC members -- Greg Dilworth, Charlie Washburn, and Mary Frye -- will be present. Wouldn't be surprised if there were another 1-2 FOC members from outside the division. Philadelphia is blessed with rediculously high FOC representation.

| Might try e-mailing your section chairperson who does the organization and running of things like that. |

-B | So will they show up a day early and fence for the title of "FOC Rep"? Or is it a rock paper sissors contest or something? |

| No, I think FOC determination in cases of multiple candidates is usually settled with a variant of the "Viking Tie Breaker."
see this post for details: http://www.fencing.net/forums/post90655-14.html

epeemike81: My experience agrees with yours. Too bad this isn't a wiki or we could improve on the entry. (note: wikipedia appears not to have a nose game entry... need to figure out where best to place one)
edit: Now in wikipedia with slightly modified text from the Urban Dictionary.

Nor is it meant to be taken seriously. The said omission wasn't an oversight. More of an appropriate misguidance for the masses. Take a look at the included link to "fencing" for crying out loud.
