| FOC ref at Mid - Atlantic Sectionals
Hey just wondering if anyone knew who the FOC ref at Mid - Atlantic Sectionals was going to be?

Thanks | I strongly suspect that at least a couple of the local FOC members -- Greg Dilworth, Charlie Washburn, and Mary Frye -- will be present. Wouldn't be surprised if there were another 1-2 FOC members from outside the division. Philadelphia is blessed with rediculously high FOC representation.

| No, I think FOC determination in cases of multiple candidates is usually settled with a variant of the "Viking Tie Breaker."
