I, on the other hand, play on heartstrings and make the souls of my affections sing.
I also have a personal soundtrack like Peter Griffin did in that one Family Guy episode.

| I've got a BM, 20+ years of singing experience, 10 years piano, 4 years french horn, never mind the dabbling in other things such as tin whistle, handbells, and karaoke...

| Hi!
The Athos fencing club wanted a musical part of its 60ieth anniversary, so they commissioned a new piece to be composed. It consists of cello, French horn, electronic sounds, and authentic fencing sounds being replayed. The two instrumentalists were dressed in whites at the first perfomance.

Have a nice time!

| Seems like it'd be rather hard to play French horn while masked! |

| I've taken piano, guitar and french horn lessons in the past. Right now I play mostly guitar, but play bass guitar for the school concert band. Plan to teach myself banjo soon, but keep putting off restringing the thing. Calling myself a musician is perhaps devaluing to the term though. |

| I've played cello for 12 years- I'm a senior in high school now, hoping to get into Yale early for a BA in music, and if not, maybe New England Conservatory or Juilliard. I think Fencers and musicians share some fundamental brain wiring in common: the ability to pick something they like, dedicate themselves to it, and practice for eternity.

I gave up on the conservatory and/or music major thing while I was still in high school though |
