    Used to be two-option. And then for quite a while longer it remained a two-option choice for designated fencing experts (and possibly other special designations). Apparently the backend treats the different classes of membership differently, and disallowing negative rep for the general membership did not directly affect options available to members in other categories. Currently experts can only give positive rep. Admins may still be able to give in either direction. There might be other overlooked membership classes that can still give negative rep.
