Aluminum Core French Grip

I know I posted this question a few months back, but I never got around to actually ordering the aluminum core french grips. I've been searching for about 45 minutes now and I cannot find a website that carries them.

Does any french-gripper (or anyone else, actually) out there know where I could order some aluminum-core grips?

*raises hand* I sell them (because I can actually tighten them instead of deforming the rubber core).

Drop me a PM to discuss...

French grip with metal core

I bought mine from American Fencers Supply Co.

www.amfence.com

The catalog # was 303M, under the Foil Parts section.

Is it possible to bend a french that has a plastic core with rubber outside? I would think that's even lighter and easier to shape. Or is the plastic too "brittle" and snaps?

Aluminum core is also better because it takes some of the stress of the tang when you flick.
