| Hi Everyone --
Craig and I have been swamped at nationals. We now have all the final scores, numbers are being crunched, and results will be announced and posted Sunday or Monday at the latest.
And, yes, the images will be posted online on both Fencing.net and FencingPhotos.com, and we are thinking about having a "fencer's choice" award of YOUR favorite shots (voting will be online).
Thanks for your patience -- we've received some great shots!

| Yes. We have decided to make the announcement of the winners on July 15. The images will be posted on both Fencing.net and FencingPhotos.com, and winning shots will be sent to American Fencing.
Thank you, again, for your continued interest and please accept our apologies for it taking longer than we originally anticipated.
We're excited about the results, and look forward to sharing them with everyone. |

| Sorry! I had a glitch in my file folders, which I just fixed.
Photos are now correctly posted and you should all be able to see them. Don't forget to hit "refresh" on your browser...

| I liked the photos too.
Are you planning on having another competition anytime soon? I took some shots at Nationals that I really liked, and I was bummed out to discover that the deadline for entries was past. |

| We'll discuss it. I wouldn't mind having at least two competitions a year -- perhaps one end-of-season one for the U.S., including NACs, Nationals, JOs, and then another one from shots around the world. Or something along those lines ... we're open to ideas; this was our first contest, but it seems to have been well-received.
We like very much getting exposure for how everyone "sees" fencing; it can only help develop the sport. And we're obviously blessed with some very talented photographers and artists. |

| Two competitions a year I like the sound of that. Maybe one winter and one summer?
Having discussed some of this a few years back we thought that separating the Elite fencers from the rest of the crowd would be a bummer for those people who want to watch A fencers Fence.
There must be another way to have everyone fence, maybe a semi-National? then Nationals, so it could be
Division, Region, Semi-Nationals in Summer with the Final of all finals being in Winter. |
