Yes. I do not advocate them myself, nor do I think they would be necessary to the disruption of Iran's nuclear program. I don't really believe that because we are developing them we are planning to use them, either. I have seen no evidence that that is in the cards.

I'm coming to the opinion that the whole 'bunker-buster' story was brinksmanship, but Rice, et al, didn't get the memo to Straw... nothing like having your closest ally pour sand in your sheath just as your trying to get a good, loud rattle...
