Nellya Ignores USFA rules Once again Nellya is holding an open tourney with fencers under 13 as now stipulated by the USFA. Any ratings earned at such an event and most of the evnts held this year (some Div 11/111 with fencers aged 9.....) should be subject to removal...As I understand it that's why North Carolina is not sanctioning any more events this year.....
