So, what kind of set up do you foilists use?

Isn't there already a thread for this? Anyways, I use two prong. All the weapons at my club are two prong, so it's mostly for convenience sake.

Which foil/sabre plug/socket do you prefer?

Also, flawed, very much so. I am a personal fan of Negrini. A lefty with a negrini connector, I would like to see somebody accidently pick up my weapon.
