Discussion Forum Classifications (no, this does not have to do with fencing ratings)

Hey I was just wondering how some people are called "Just Joined" some are called "Member", "Senior Member", "Fencing expert", and other things that are kind of random like armorer and epee guru. Is it how long you have been involved in the forums, the number of posts or threads you have done, the posts you do per day, or can you self title yourself? just wondering...

You know, I was wondering that myself. I'm guessing it's based off of how many posts you've made. And the other ones... I think admins have the ability to customize them.

I know some are post count based, some are based on admin editing. Senior member, for instance, might be 100 posts? Something like that...

the randon titles.. under people with green names.. are for people who "go green" donating money to the site.. gettin ga bigger picture and ability to upload more pics annd get a title and such

Other titles are post count-based.

I believe the "Fencing Expert" is given out by Craig to those who have demonstrated a high level of fencing knowledge.

hey guys, thenks a lot and I get it now. for anyone who doesn't know or for some reason doesn't feel like reading any other of the responses. 30 replys gives you a "member", 100 a "senior member", the green dots under your name are your "popularity", and people who donate money to the site are given the oppurtunity to get a green or larger name, larger pictures, and mroe pictures. the end.
