Although, just to update you, sabre equipment just isn't moving. Seems, no one wants it, and for foil, the most desirable piece of equipment seems to be the men's chestplate.

| I voted Epee. It's a bit relative really. While I am primarily an epeeist and epee is the weapon I have fenced at the highest level I fenced foil pretty much solely for 4.5 years. While I can compete with the best foilists in my area, the best are pretty much all younger than me (ie. the quality is not mindblowingly high). At higher levels my foil can't really stand up at all. My best national results have however been in sabre, but my technique is almost non-existent. So actually now I'm thinking I'm not really competent in any weapon, or maybe I am in all three, perhaps my standards need rethinking. | |
