    Hello

    Hello,

My name is Chris, and I've always been interested in martial arts and sports. Fencing caught my eye after I failed at Lacrosse and at Track and Field. It looks fun and I am here to gather information as well as find a good reason to make this sport my worth while. (And I am also bored. No offense to Fencing lovers.)

I enjoy watching the sport and I think it will be something I will work my butt off to get really good at.

Work your butt off indeed! This is a very fun sport, though. If you haven't already taken it up, then I suggest you do so. You get to meet a whole lot of interesting people as well.

It's harder to "fail" at fencing than in the two you mentioned. Being a highly individual sport you won't be benched or cut and can fencer however much you want. Also it's not as heavily reliant on physical skill as T&F, it is referred to as physical chess after all (just don't buy from them).

    Hi, welcome.
how is it possible to be bored?

Get fencing, get hooked and you won't ever remember having used the phrase: I'm also bored.
