Another hello

Hello, I'm Daniel, although I also go by Kenji (as you can see by my username), which is my middle name. I've been fencing, let's see... I dunno, since around the middle of last semester, I guess. I'm a student at the same college that Prof. Ordway teaches at, and she's my fencing coach. [Hi Prof. Ordway!] Being that she fences sabre, I also fence sabre, although I would like to give epee a try if I get the chance. But, being rather short (like 5'4ish), I imagine I'd be at a bit of a disadvantage.

So anywho, Prof Ordway (calling her anything else, other than coach, just seems far to foreign for me to try doing ) said I should post a thread in the introductions section, so, voici.

Hello, and welcome to the forums. If you want to try epee you could be good at it and have fun even with your size (I'm 5'5" and I fence foil and some epee), Oh, and I think that the word is voila, but I really have no idea about anything relating to french except for a few basic words.

Voila (voil&#224 and voici mean the same thing. Comes from the verb voir, to see, and là, here/there, or ici, here.
