| USFA Website Outages: Post Files Here Here's a solution. Other than the international.usfencing.org website, the main reason I use the USFA website is for files. If we download pdf files when the site is up and then post files in this thread, we can circumvent the USFA.
I can post the USFA Athlete's Handbook as soon as I get back to my computer.

| Be careful, the USFA site is the official site, so files here can become out of date.
You know how misinformation can be perpetuated through the net, so you need a coherent way of making sure that the information mirrored is correct. |
