Pasta Dinner at SBend NAC

I have been assigned the daunting task of contacting as many clubs as possible (because I talk about you guys all the time) to let them know the following:

A Pasta Buffet sponsored by Escrime du Lac will be held at The College Football Hall of Fame for those who would like to have a team/club dinner together.

The College Football Hall of Fame is located directly across the street from the Century Center (venue) so it is in easy walking distance.
It is a large facility where everyone can go for a "team" dinner.

What: Pasta Buffet
Where: College Football Hall of Fame
When: Saturday January 19, at 7 p.m.
Cost: $10 per person

YOU MUST EMAIL ME with a club name, contact person's name, phone #, and number of participants to make reservations by Thursday Jan. 17 at DamedEscrime@fencingmail.com

Everyone,
I am also trying to email as many divisions and clubs as I possible can. Do you have any idea how many there are!!? Also, I'm finding that many clubs/divisions need to update their email addys. The ones listed on the USFA website are not all good ones. So, if your club does not receive a personal notification on this, it's nothing personal. I just can't get to you.

Okay. I have heard from Idaho and Illinois so far. Any other states coming to South Bend?
