If you have tried to reach me over the last few days I apologize but we have been away at the J.O.'s and being up at 630 and leaving the venue when the last person leaves....well...its exhausting.... I will be checking emails and responding tomarrow...

We are gonna bring on another person to remove this issue in the future....

Rick I emailed you the night that we talked on the phone last with my contact and shipping info and you said you would call me back the next day or email me back to let me know you got it/give me a shipping number. I appreciate how available you are, but it's been a long time now and I'm wondering how long I'm going to have to wait for what I've ordered. Please respond to my email or tell me you didnt get it or something, this is getting kindof rediculous.
