| D'Artagnan Touché Has anyone ever heard of this shoe? Is it really for fencing or is just that it has a "fencing like" look?
Thanks! |

| I think that might be the D'art II, I just don't like the goofy little sword on the toe, it's liek a target for cruel epeeists. On an unrelated note, where do I get a pair of the black ones? Those are hot. |

| JayhawkPawn: They are being sold here in Brazil as some kind of fancy shoes or something, for about US$100. No on-line shopping, however. |

| that yatego sight has them in black and grey... the price is great... 72 euros, but that includes 16% VAT. subtract that out and convert to US$ and its less than $75.

The D'Art II's are €64 Euros from Allstar GER, including VAT (€55 excluding VAT).
Given, allstar only has them in grey, and the black ones do look rather cool.

Then again Fechtsport-Langenkamp do ship directly GER--USA. Their price is the same as Allstar (€64 incl. VAT). Add a little for shipping and hey presto.

| Isn't 64 euros about 90 USD
Anyway, from looking at them, they are not D'art IIs. They look very similar but there are some differences. For instance, the grey Dart's have red on the lower outside edge of the sole.

Aside from the color and the little sword cartoon, they look exactly like D'art II's to me. ehh... they get all the good stuff in europe.

The D'Art II's also don't have the metallic eyelets that the shoes in the pic has. Apart from that they look extremely similar.
