buying used equipment

a girl in my club has an extra jacket that fits me quite well seeing as the club jacket im using is way to small and i can't afford to buy a brand new one i offered to buy it and she agreed but she pretty much left the price up to me. its a size 40 womens jacket , cargo material , and its dirty (figuring once i wash it itll look good as new) and wrinkled. how much should i offer?

A used cotton jacket, of no particular brand?

I'd offer $20-25. You can buy a brand new one from Absolute for $45.

A new one costs $46 from BG. So I think that $20 is fair for a used cotton jacket.
