| Well what I see for the meeting is:
~~Discussion Board (moved to here from proboards)
~~RMSC Officail recommendations and what-not for the 2006-07 year
~~Sectionals 2007 (hoping in NM)
~~Elections (I think this year right)
~~Creation of the Vice-chair postition (officiaily) to oversee the Cup and help Chair with "stuff'
Other "loose thoughts"
-would like to suggest that clubs instead of divisions be premitted to host events including the Sectionals and RMSC events. National office gets bids from individual clubs NOT divisions for events, why are we NOT doing the same.
--Sectional re-centralization, would like to suggest/motion that we re-centralize sectionals to either CO or NM as they are the geographic center of the section. |

| If you are planning on attending Sectionals in Phoenix - the payment/registration deadline has been extended to March 23rd. If you have preregistered and not paid yet - you have until the 23rd. If you don't pay in advance you will not be allowed to fence. |

| Event went great this past weekend. Lots of good fencing, great referees and lots of fun.
New Officers for the 2006-07 Season will be as follows:
Chairman--Aaron Clements
Secretary-Matt Hite
Tres.--Gary Copeland
Lot's of ideas and discussion about the RMSC too and we'll formally be starting it up next season. |

| Matt: Good to see you made it home safely. Did you fly or drive?
academe: *sigh* I only know who took last in mens foil at this point. I doubt I could have hit the floor if I dropped my foil yesterday.

| Well, considering that they were already posted in the Tournament Results section I doubt I performed that much of a public service. Didn't notice that until after I had posted the link.
