Array [QUOTE=Mr Epee]
You're no enemy of mine. I'm simply trying to help you gain a little perspective, on why people have been picking on you. I'm honestly trying to help you.
QUOTE]
In that case thanks, I have trouble with grammer and general typing as I am deslexic but I will try harder on my post.
I know my situation is not unique but we could all benifit from trying harder to work together. Most (if not all) my frusterations come from other local area clubs NOT willing to work with anyone outside their own club and them being so closed and arogant thinking they know everything about the sport.
To date I have not found anyone, anywhere that knows everything about the sport. Even the top level people I have talked to and worked with are alway learning.
Thanks for trying to help, I thought with the attitudes and comments that you made that you were NOT trying to help. I am sorry if I misread your statements. -

I am not a great natural spelling talent, myself, but there are tools available to help. In case you missed it, one of Craig's recent updates, to this site, included an onboard spell checker. I happen to use the one built into my Google toolbar. Originally Posted by hpfencing I know my situation is not unique but we could all benifit from trying harder to work together. I'm sure that everyone on this board is familiar with how sucky local politics can be. However, it's probably best to keep them local instead of tossing things around on a site with international exposure. (Yes, I know there is a special RMS area, but it's still not a good idea - period). Originally Posted by Hite To date I have not found anyone, anywhere that knows everything about the sport. That said, you are still a very medium size fish in a very smal pond - and yet you spend quite a bit of time shrieking and thrashing. It's no shock that this can be very annoying to everyone else.
That's not a knock on you, them's just the facts Jack. Originally Posted by hite Thanks for trying to help, I thought with the attitudes and comments that you made that you were NOT trying to help. I am sorry if I misread your statements. I think we're good. Nice to have a little clarity.
It has been my pleasure to have assisted you!

Array Tournament was a good success and did all the things we hoped it would.
Goal we met.
1. Had fun
2. Opened our building up to the public and other clubs
3. Good practice before divisional qualifiers and good pratice for developeing referees.
We had 8 take the referee clinic and 4 pass the test to bcome referees. Congradulations to our new certified referees.
Thanks for the support from Duke City Fenicng and Redlands fencing for making our event a huge success and attending this past weekend. Similar Threads -
