Array I see you have asked the question on the UK forum. You are not popping up to Scotland while there are you? -

Not sure - depends on the schedule while I'm there - how long does it take on the train? You're just jealous because the voices only talk to me -

I'm always curious about fencing.net users and have only ever met the ones who live here. -

Array Hmm... it's a quiet month. Well there is the Edinburgh Coupe Du Nord on the 11th and 12th. More details from Edinburgh Fencing club (see my sig).
You would need an FIE license, FIE kit, 2 maraging blades and the willingness to do the ceilidh on the Saturday night (which is after you have fenced).
So maybe the ceilidh isn't compulsory - but we hope a lot of fencers will turn up for that. -

Array The only one I can think of is the Nottingham Open. It is one of the smaller opens in the north Midlands. Nottingham is about 3 hours from London by car, bit less by train.

Shame that you can't stay for a couple of days longer and visit Gav's home town of Edinburgh (at least I think that is Gav's home town). There is a FIE satellite tournament on March 11th.

That's odd, I very clearly remember meeting you. Twice.
I guess I didn't make too much of an impression! -
