USFencing Press releases

You know, it may be a small thing but I found it a bit disturbing that in the press releases on the USfencing web page they tout the results of two fencers, Kamera Jones and Emily Cross. They tell who they beat, where they placed, what the scores were, everything. Except of course what weapon thery were competeing in. If they hadn't included the little chart at the end showing the top eith finishers it would never have been mentioned.
I guess I just expect that to be included. Oh well.

The USFA needs better people in their marketing department. A well written press release can do wonders for the subject.

Garsh, maybe they just used their pinky fingers to fence, if no weapon was mentioned!

The USFA doesn't have a marketing department - they have a dinky little office in Colorado Springs with a few people who do about twelve jobs each. It would be nice if they had a volunteer press agent who could devote some time and expertise to them, though.
