Need Help!

Hi

Im a new memeber here and i was hoping you guys can help me............

I'm moving into a new house and i have gathered quotes together which my left neighbour is happy with and also my back.

The right side of me is still vacant land as they havent realeased the stage to start selling the houses. The vendor for that is Andah Pty Ltd. I had sent them a fence notice giving them 3 quotes etc.

I didnt hear anything from them so i contacted their solicitors and they told me that there reviewing the prices etc.

2 WEeeks later i didnt hear anything again. I called them yesterday and they said to me that "its in their contract to not pay half for the fence until they have home owners" which im finding hard to belive as they wouldnt of wasted their time reviewing the quotes to begin with.

Im really stressing as anyone can just walk into our backyards seeing as i cant take my dog with me, our hot water system will get stolen for sure im really stuck on what to do. It can take up to 6+ months until people have moved in....


Can you guys advise me what i can do next?

Who the hell keeps their hot water system outside...? However the central AC unit got stolen from the back of a house I was going to move into once... unbelievable...
