| Duellist usa? Hello, this is actually my very first post on fencing.net. I Have been fencing a little under a year. I'm off to a late start as I am 36. I just got my first fencing equipment in the few weeks following Christmas beginning with a BG mask on Christmas day. I placed an order with Duellist USA for the Evolution knickers and some socks with the intent of purchasing the Evolution jacket a few weeks later when I get paid again. The quality is excellent, no problem there. The first knickers I received turned out to be too small so I contacted them. They immediately rushed me a larger size and instructed me to return the wrong size knickers when the package arrives, using the same package and prepaid postage which they included. This also impressed me very much. Most places would make you return your wrong-size before they send the new ones. I sent back the wrong-size knickers the next day and the day after that, I went online to order the jacket. When I placed the order, the second (correct size) pair of knickers popped up in my shopping cart as well as the jacket I actually ordered. I went into the shopping cart to remove it, but was unable to. I then concluded that since they had not received my return yet, they were charging me for it until it arrived on their end. I went ahead and placed the order anyways with a note attached, expecting they would credit the knickers in due time. I also received a verification from paypal on my payment. That was a week ago. I've sent a couple of emails asking the status of the order and my return and have had no response. It's like they just disappeared. I have been all over the website looking for a phone number to contact them but it is not listed - anywhere. SO. My questions for the forum are:
Does anyone know the telephone contact info for DuellistUSA?
Should I now resolve this issue and never go back? I really want to believe they are a good company, but my trust is wavering at the moment. It's too bad because they have good stuff.

Please feel free to call me at 866.687.6992 as it will probably take me till tomarrow afternoon to complete the recovery from the snafu with the website.

| Oh, good. I'm glad you saw my post. My fears have subsided. I'm looking forward to receiving that jacket. I will call you to clarify whatever happened, because it seems really messed up to me.

| Rick,
It's been close to two weeks since I got your last email about my knickers, when you said they would be overnighted to you from england then from you to me. I've emailed you a couple of times since then and sent you a private message on here, I assume that for some reason you haven't gotten any of these.
If the knickers have been shipped would it be possible to get a tracking number for them? And in general just some idea of what the status is?

| Rick, at least if you do kill your webhosting company, you've got weapons handy.
And I just ordered a new pair of knickers on Friday. |

| Richard, I don't own a webhosting company, but I operate one. Send me a PM or email dariuswei[at]gmail.com. (O spam filters, how do I trust thee!)
Not only do we host, but we also have OSCommerce experience, which I believe might be up your alley, if you need any custom work done.

| After much difficulty relating to FedEx, not Duellist, I finally received my Evolution jacket and have worn it 3 times. It is SO comfortable and well designed. the elastic cuffs fit just right and keep my body cord from getting sucked into my arm like the old club jacket I was wearing. The interior is so plush and comfortable and wicks away moisture. The underarm pad on the weapon side is a nice feature as well. I am completely satisfied with the uniform as a whole and will buy from duellist again.
Rick...
Another issue relating to your hosting company I believe: I received and was billed for another pair of knickers. As great as they are, I really don't need 2 pairs. Please contact me

| I got the 350, im fairly new and international competition isn't on my radar yet.
Rick, I'll need to check my voicemail, I never answer numbers I dont recognize, and they pile up, so I imagine there's probably a message there somewhere...
