It's gorgeous! 70* and sunny. Plus all the flowers on the tree outside my window are blooming, so it makes things look even better.

Sometimes. Usually during the summer my friends and I will go down to the dock where nobody goes and fish for perch with makeshift rods and freezerburned gooyduck as bait. It invariably ends in one of us tackling the other off the dock into the water, us getting pissed at the perch because they're too smart, and us dropping boulders on the fish. Ahh, those were the days...

I wonder what maple's favorite summer passtime is.

Yeah, I think it'd be cool, and I've coached three years of novices. I can teach the basics pretty well, but after that, I still need a coach for myself.

Mmm, fire is nice. I always have a little fire, be it a candle or a bonfire, burning somewhere.

I am, yes. I work mainly with the youth program at my club at the moment and do strip coaching as necessary at tournaments.

Nope - I'm still relatively new to fencing.

I wonder if the Lady competes regularly.

I compete quite a lot in the spring, averaging two tournaments a month, and about a tournament a month through the rest of the year. I don't compete at the NACs but my boyfriend is determined that we'll get my C and then I can go fence the Div I NACs with him.

I have, yes. My coach in St. Louis was a Baptist minister and would sometimes bring me to church events/services.
