Anyone dealt with them? I'm fixing to buy a pair of knickers from them and was curious to hear input from you guys.

They are fantastic. So much so that I've stopped using anyone else. Great service, knowledgable staff and extremely fast email responses.

The equipment is really good too.

You wont be disappointed.

Wow that's great to hear. I'm going to buy some knickers from them w/ the USA stripes on them (an additional 25 bucks and they look REALLY cool). Thanks for the response.

I've known Peter Zay for a while and talked with Gilbert quite a lot. They are both very good guys and have been very prompt with orders that I've placed with them.

Any times that they have had product on backorder, they have been very good about letting me know and also setting expectations for when they would be able to send it out.

Craig

They also give us pictures of gorgeous Hungarian women fencers. Who can ask for anything more?

I'd like to ask for the gorgeous Hungarian women fencers. In other words, I could ask for more! (I've heard nothing but praise for PBT though)

I'll also add my 2 cents worth of praise. I just ordered a blue lame for my girlfriend and a glove for me, and when the sizes were off a bit, I sent them for exchange. When Gilbert received them, he immediately sent me an email to inform me of the status of the exchange.

Excellent customer service. I'll be using them more inthe future.

Their uniforms look very nice-- very much like the Soudet FIE unforms I own and like. And the Hungarian mega-babes on the website are a nice plus .

Make sure you don't get the white, brown and yellow knickers. Gilbert tries to sell those at a discount.

Does anyone out there have experience w/ PBTs hi-top shoes? I need a lot of support and a solid heel cup (currently using Adiddas Adistars). I'd consider PBT shoes, but having bought a pair of star fighters which turned out to offer about as much support as penny loafers I'm reluctant to stray from a brand I know. Any experiences?

My coach swears by PBT. Couldn't have anything to with him being Hungarian, you think?

I've used PBT but a word of warning about the tips (Epee). The tips are poorly made, the grub tend to fall out. The blades are perfectly acceptable.

Arcon,

how about you either post your thoughts on the board or don't post at all. These little "I've responded by pm" notes are a little annoying. If you want to participate in the discussion don't you think it would be better to post your thoughts for all to read instead of just leaving these little hints?
