rating question Say I go to the Crown of Texas tournament this year and manage to earn a c06 for the event.
Will that not allow me to compete in Summer Nationals in Div3 foil?
Im just wondering because I really want to win Div 3 this year. I don't want anything to louse that up.

Fatfencer Unless you qualify for this years Div3 event *before* you earn a C06 then you can't compete. If you earn it *after* you qualify, then you can.

Array From the 05-06 USFA handbook:
2.11.3: If a fencer meets the classification requirement when his or her application is processed by the USFA, and subsequently earns a higher classification, the fencer retains eligibility for that Tournament.
How about aiming higher? If you get your C06, go for winning Div II! Similar Threads -
