They are myths.

Any attack can be defeated, any parry can be evaded.

Fencing masters in ages past would claim to posses secret thrust or universal parrues that they would only teach to a select few for a price. Pure advertising hyperbole.

Although some consider prime a universal parry as it theoretically covers all of one's target.
