Sarah fences foil (Shes a friend of mine, we're in the same club)

Hey babe - welcome to la forums!!! Start posting more, too. its never any fun if you dont totally get into it. ^_^

And Sarahs pretty good, but shes having trouble with 2 things - she pulls her arm back a lot and she lost like 8 points today alone for SWEARING LOUDLY ON THE STRIP. She never remembers any of the alternative Russian swear words I try and teach her....

    1) I'd suggest practicing extentions, with redoubles. Focus on keeping that arm out there until it is parried, or at another appropriate moment. Anyone else got any ideas?

    2) Alternative russian swear words? Try waiting until after the bout. Then go outside, or into the restroom when there aren't any little kids in there. Then let it out.

haha - she has no problem letting it out, its the waiting that gets her. Her and Chelsea are the two we're expecting to get a black card for it, even though we dont want that b/c Chelsea is practically the best fencer on the team and Sarah's good as well.

1 easy solution, don't swear. if u really can't do it, there are alternative solutions.
    a)shoot him
b)run him over. for style points use a nissan skyline and ram him with the door in a drift.
    c)assualt the president.
d)use a dud tip that disintegrates upon contact revealing a sharp tip.
    e)then run him through.
f)if you do not feel like going to jail. do not do any of the above.
