Fabrice Jeannet and his Shoes

at the 2005 Worlds I noticed that Jeannet was not wearing "fencing" shoes. He was wearing a pair of adidas-es(?) that were silver with three white stripes on the side. Does anyone know what they are? (the specific name of them) i've been looking for a good pair of new shoes and so far the front runners are the adidas nastase.

Thanks for any help.

I noticed his shoes too. I notice he prefers non fencing-specific shoes. I believe he uses tennis shoes. He used adidas barricade tennis shoes in the past and i'm thinking that he's using adidas feather tennis shoes. I will be replacing my D'arts with the feathers' or stabil 6 when they wear out. I suggest you look into the stabils if you're thinking of getting new shoes.
