Actually, It;s not he that you need to watch out for...it's my buddy who tends to take to the air a lot, in all three weapons! With Abe, at least you have an even chance of winning. Cedric...hell, I don't think he wakes up until the final 8! And he STILL beats the Hell out of people. Really nice guy, though.
One day he won the open foil event at SoCal and won (actually renewed, I think) his US "A" rating...then did the epee and oinly losty the A by 2 touches to Alejandro Castillo. Gawd forbid he ever does sabre...he might even give Jr. D'Asaro a run for his money! -

Array Thanks for that lead, loch. Those look just the ticket. I've exhausted all of "the usual suspects" in my city. They carry either (a) calf-length white socks, or (b) over-the-knee socks but with "decorative additions". None with both... Use the Shift key, people! Keyboard manufacturers everywhere are ineffably saddened when you ignore what they made just for you! -
Actually, Caltech self-silkscreened the socks (there's a silkscreening course, and a few of our fencers made them as a project for the class).
Look for something in a tasteful neon pink with tiny orange swords next season, when I take the class...
(By the way, for those of you who haven't met me, my name's Andrea, and I'm an epeeist for Caltech. Hi!) Similar Threads -
