thank you so much for your help. i would prefer a summer camp. i'm not sure about the one in your club since it's in NC, and the flight may be too expensive; but i really appriciate your help, though. do yo know a web page where i can look up for summer fencing camps? thanks.

Well......my club does offer weeks of summer camps as well (Information will be posted to our website in the spring). Also, the American Fencing magazine usually puts out a list in their spring issue as well. You can download the magazine off the usfencing.org website. Good luck!

Nellya Fencers of Atlanta, Georgia will hold an elite sabre/quite possibly foil pre-Summer Nationals camp in June. The information will appear shortly on www.nellyafencers.com.

Brandeis fencing camp is also a great camp, especially for people who haven't been fencing that long. I'd recommend checking it out, they get coaches from a lot of great fencing colleges.

I learned Sabre at brandeis from a man who was once a translator durring the cold war. this man was one of the very first americans to truely learn and actively teach hardcore russian styles. they go all out on the coaching staff there, and as i said in another forum. youll make friends for life.
