Shipping Insurance

I hope this fits in here and is an alright question.

I was just wondering, which fencing manufacturers offer shipping insurance either as an option or in the cost. The example that my father is picking on is where the package is sent through International Freight, but then lost on the way, is that insured or does the customer have to pay again?

Thankyou.
