Alan's next move?

Tennis is changing its rules, and as a result a disgruntled player is suing the ATP. Could Alan's lawsuit against the FIE be far behind?

I was rather hoping that Alan's next move would be away from here.

Maybe we need a poll on whether he should consider a lawsuit.
