Hello, Soos! I and my club are located just outside of Detroit, in the USA. So your profile says you like Hockey. Have you ever heard of the Detroit Red Wings?

I've been wishing for live chat also. Does anybody out there know how to make one?
AIM, ICQ, and MSN are all ok, but an open forum would be better.

Konstantinov was (is) a great man. Oh yeah, I'm a member of the same club that HilandDoug is. I'll always remember the "Russian Five." Ok, so I'm a HUGE hockey fan myself...

    And on AIM: Moonitic

I heard that someone was working on a #fencing channel on undernet, you'd need pirch or mirc software to go there though. I think excite chat might work out better, as you don't need software and can just click on a link to go to it.

I hate to point this out. But FS has chat, or did when it first came on line. Don't know if it's still there or not. If I remember right, no one was ever in it.

I value the contents of my stomach enough not to visit there. Yuck!

Uebermind, where do you fence? From your location I would guess either Bayou City or Salle Mauro...my bet is Bayou City. I'm a little west of you at Clear Lake Fencer's Club.

I am from Troy, NY and fence at RPI.

As of the 1st I am now the Vice Chair of the division. I suppose I need to get that USFA renewal form sent out. The last Vice Chair we had did nothing. Would be interested to hear what other Vice Chairs have to do.

I haven't run across a fencing chat room. I am willing to chat about fencing with anyone on AIM or ICQ (see profile for ids)

I've also seen the occasional fencing room at various IRC servers.

How about if everyone here decides "where" an IRC fencing channel should be. dalnet, undernet, or knightnet (kinda like that one). Rooms are pretty easy to set up, just need participants.
