    Hello from Las Vegas!

    Thought I would drop a note and introduce myself. I moved to las vegas a while ago and since I miss fencing so much from my college years I thought I would look for a salle in vegas... By googling fencing I found this 'community' and figured it would help me get in touch with people who also like to fence. DUH!

    Hi, I'm in Vegas too. The only real fencing salle here is

    I used to fence at a different one called Salle de Nord, but they moved to pahrump. I was busy with other things and haven't fenced in two years, but I visited the fencing academy and it's really nice (plus some of the fencers I used to fence with from my old salle are there too). I'm going to start fencing there again once am in a little better shape.

    The maitre is french and he coached at UCLA when he was younger (he's got to be in his 70's now). He gives good lessons and works you pretty hard. On top of that, there are a good amount of strong fencers. My name is Yorghos, maybe I'll see you there sometime in the future.
