    tips for beginners

    Hiya, I am new to the sport and fence sabre (for some strange reason, although am quite small). Do you have any tips? My coach is superb, but am finding it hard as I ve just started out.

    I'm sure a lot of people have tips for you. However, the introduction section is not the right place to ask for advice!

    Hiya Daniel!

    Greetings

    and current, don't despair. In our club there is a girl who fences sabre and is 4'10", but man she's good. Kinda difficult to to some hits on someone who is a whole foot shorter than you sometimes... small fencers are tricky to fence against!
